Wear your timing chip on your LEFT ankle for triathlons.

Women's shirts are fitted and run small; men's are generously sized. Registrations 2 weeks or less from event will receive shirt in the mail 3-4 weeks after race and are not guaranteed requested size; if size is unavailable, additional options will be discussed with you.

Professional photographer will be on site for all races at no additional cost to the participants. Our photographer will make every effort to capture shots of each athlete, but we cannot guarantee that every athlete will be photographed.

Due to the unprecedented circumstances surrounding the ongoing pandemic, by registering for this race you understand and agree that if this race is canceled for any reason related to the pandemic, you will not receive a refund and will not be transferred to another race. Any race swag you may have purchased will be mailed to you.

My First Tri is exclusively for first-time triathletes. From the time trial start to the flat bike and run courses, you will be supported from start to transition to finish by experienced triathletes who are there to make sure you have the time of your life and very memorable and successful first triathlon experience.

Packet Pick-up

Sunday, July 11

7:00am at Rice Creek Chain of Lakes Park Reserve before the race

Your race packet will include all the materials you need for your race: race bib, timing chip, and some fun items like your event shirt (if you selected the shirt option) and special offers. Those registered will receive an email on the Monday prior to the race with all the details and any course updates. Registration fee does NOT include the cost of a daily park pass ($6).
