As the last triathlon of the season...
One Last Tri features a shortened swim (as the water starts to cool this time of year), a lengthened bike through beautiful Stillwater horse country, and a flat and fast run along White Bear Lake to finish off your race. Join the community post-race at the barbecue and share your summer racing stories. NEW in 2025, collegiate division.

Time trial and self seeded start for all triathlons.
Wear your timing chip on your LEFT ankle for triathlons.
Cash/check only on race day registrations.
Upon registration, you agree to the MMR Race Policies.
Women's shirts are fitted and run small; men's are generously sized. Registrations 2 weeks or less from event will receive shirt in the mail 3-4 weeks after race and are not guaranteed requested size;if the requested size is unavailable, the next available size most closely matching the requested size will be substituted.

Professional photographer will be on site for every race at no additional cost to the participants. Our photographer will make every effort to capture shots of each athlete, but we cannot guarantee that every athlete will be photographed.

6:30am at Ramsey County Beach before the race
Your race packet will include all the materials you need for your race: race bib, timing chip, and some fun items like your event shirt (if you selected the shirt option) and special offers. Those registered will receive an email on the Monday evening prior to the race with all the details, any course updates, and an age group breakdown by race category.

Separate Collegiate Division Awards in five year age groups, 3 deep
1st, 2nd, and 3rd place age group winners will receive an age group award ribbon to attach to their finisher medal. Overall male and female winners are not eligible for age group awards (no double dipping).**
